In short: our games don’t require an account and we don’t ask for your name. We and our partners collect limited device and gameplay information to run the game, show ads, measure performance and fix bugs. You can limit ad tracking in your device settings and ask us to delete your data at any time.

1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how Zippy Play (“we”, “us”, “our”) handles information when you play our mobile games published on Google Play and the Apple App Store (the “Games”) and when you visit zippy-play.com (the “Website”), together the “Services”.

By using the Services, you agree to the collection and use of information as described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2. Information we collect

Information collected automatically

  • Device information: device model, operating system and version, language, country/region (derived from settings or IP address), screen size and app version.
  • Identifiers: advertising identifiers (Google Advertising ID on Android, IDFA on iOS — only with your permission on iOS), app-instance identifiers, and IP address.
  • Gameplay and usage data: levels played, session length, in-game events, and how you interact with ads.
  • Diagnostics: crash logs and performance data that help us fix problems.

Information you give us

  • If you contact us by email or the Website form, we receive your name, email address and the content of your message.

Purchases

In-app purchases are processed by Google Play or Apple. We do not receive or store your payment card details. We may receive a transaction confirmation (such as an order ID and product purchased) to deliver your item.

What we don’t collect

Our Games do not require you to create an account, and we do not knowingly collect your name, phone number, contacts, photos, precise location or other sensitive personal information.

3. How we use information

  • To provide, operate and maintain the Games, including saving your progress on your device.
  • To show advertisements and measure their performance.
  • To understand how players use our Games so we can improve gameplay, difficulty and features.
  • To detect, diagnose and fix bugs and crashes.
  • To deliver in-app purchases and restore them.
  • To respond to your messages and support requests.
  • To prevent fraud and abuse, and to comply with legal obligations.

4. Advertising

Our Games are free and supported by ads, including banner, interstitial (between rounds) and optional rewarded ads. Ads are served by third-party ad networks, which may collect device identifiers and usage data to show ads, limit how often you see the same ad, and measure results.

  • Personalised ads: where required by law (for example in the EEA, UK and Switzerland), we ask for your consent before showing personalised ads, using a consent message. You can change your choice from the game’s settings where available.
  • iOS App Tracking Transparency: on iOS, we only access your IDFA if you allow tracking when asked. You can change this any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
  • Android: you can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of ads personalisation, in Settings → Google → Ads (or Settings → Privacy → Ads, depending on your device).
  • If you decline personalisation, you will still see ads, but they will be less relevant to you.

5. Third-party services

Our Games may use some of the following third-party services. Each Game’s store listing (Google Play “Data safety” and Apple “App Privacy”) shows the data collected by that specific Game. These providers process data under their own privacy policies:

6. Children’s privacy

Our Games are designed for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the minimum age required in their country, such as 16 in some EEA countries) without verifiable parental consent.

Where a Game may be played by children, or where a user indicates they are under the applicable age, we configure ads to be non-personalised and limit data collection in line with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the GDPR and the Google Play Families Policy, as applicable. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

  • Contract: to provide the Games and deliver purchases.
  • Consent: for personalised advertising and certain analytics, where required. You can withdraw consent at any time.
  • Legitimate interests: to keep the Games secure, fix bugs and improve them.
  • Legal obligation: where we must keep or disclose information by law.

8. Sharing and international transfers

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information only with the service providers listed above, when required by law, or as part of a business transfer (such as a merger or acquisition). Under some US state laws, sharing advertising identifiers with ad partners may be considered “sharing” or “targeted advertising”; you can opt out using the device settings described in Section 4.

Our partners may process data in countries other than your own. Where required, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

9. Data retention

We keep information only for as long as needed for the purposes in this policy. Gameplay progress is stored on your device and is removed when you uninstall the Game. Analytics and diagnostic data are kept by our providers according to their retention settings (typically up to 14 months). Support emails are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up.

10. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, UK GDPR or California’s CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to:

  • access the personal information we hold about you;
  • correct or delete it;
  • object to or restrict certain processing;
  • withdraw consent at any time;
  • opt out of targeted advertising or “sharing”;
  • receive your data in a portable format; and
  • complain to your local data-protection authority.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. Because our Games don’t use accounts, we may ask for your device’s advertising ID or app-instance ID to locate your data.

11. Data deletion

You can request deletion of data associated with your device at any time:

  • Email info@zippy-play.com with the subject “Data deletion request”, the Game name, and (if possible) your advertising ID; or
  • Use our contact form and choose “Privacy or data deletion request”.

We will confirm and process your request within 30 days. Uninstalling a Game deletes progress stored locally on your device. Data held by third-party ad and analytics providers can also be deleted by resetting your advertising ID and contacting those providers.

12. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Significant changes may also be announced in our Games.
